Cars are typically delivered to the nearest port. From there, you can arrange for local transportation or we can assist with arranging delivery to your location for an additional fee.

We conduct a comprehensive inspection including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and body condition. Any issues found are addressed before shipment to ensure the vehicle arrives in the condition described.

Yes, we accept credit cards, bank transfers, and bank checks. For large purchases, we also accept letters of credit. Please note that credit card payments may incur additional processing fees.

Once your vehicle is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and shipping details. You can use these to track your shipment through our online portal or contact our customer service team for updates.

We provide comprehensive shipping insurance that covers damage during transit, theft, and other potential issues. The insurance cost is typically included in your shipping quote.

You will receive the vehicle's export certificate, bill of lading, purchase invoice, and any relevant customs documentation. For JDM vehicles, we also provide the Japanese auction sheet and inspection reports.

Documentation is typically provided within 3-5 business days after the vehicle has been shipped. We'll send digital copies via email, and original documents will be sent via courier service.
