Customers cannot directly bid on or buy a vehicle without the mediation of an authorized Japanese car dealer. To participate in the auction, you must tell us your lot number along with the maximum bid you’re willing to place.
Step 1: Register for the auction
Simply head over to the ‘Auction’ page on our website, sign up for an account, and receive your login details at the email address you provided.
Step 2: Choose your favorite vehicle and place a bid
Select your favorite vehicle/s by filtering the options by manufacturer, model, chassis code, registration year, engine displacement, or lot number. Once you’ve made the choice, let us know the lot numbers and your maximum bid. In order to get an estimate for your purchase, check ‘Auction Statistics’ for more details.
*Please bear in mind that the maximum bid amount is exclusive of additional fees and state-levied taxes.
Step 3: Make the payment
You are required to make a deposit at least one day prior to the auction date. This money is added within the total amount for the car.
*Please note that payments are accepted through wire transfer and it might take 2 to 3 days for processing in the case of international customers.
Step 4: Preparation and Shipment
As a trusted Japanese car dealer, we bid on your selected vehicle at the auction. If the purchase is successful, you are required to transfer the balance before we confirm the shipment. Then, we verify your payment and start the exporting process. We also handle vessel arrangements, processing documents, maintenance, and more.
*As soon as everything is arranged, you will be notified of the tracking schedule and the vessel name. Once the vessel leaves the port, we will send all the documentation necessary for you to claim your order.
