As soon as your vehicle has been booked for shipment, our staff will inform you of the shipping booking details, and you can track the shipment using the booking information on the internet.

The shipping company offers standard insurance for used cars during transit. If you need specialized insurance coverage for your shipment, kindly notify us in advance.

Once your car has departed from Japan, you will be provided with a collection of shipping documents. This typically includes the bill of lading, export certificate, commercial invoice, and other pertinent documents related to the transportation and delivery of your vehicle. These documents serve as proof of ownership, outline the shipment details, and are essential for customs clearance and other administrative procedures.

Following the departure of the vessel carrying your vehicle from a Japanese port, we will acquire the shipping documents and send them to the address indicated on the invoice or to the address you have specifically requested.
